John Blake Baldwin was born Feb. 21, 1995 and passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at the age of 27.
He is survived by his fiance’, Emily Jewell Wingate; children, John Wayne “Duke” Baldwin and Luna Jade LeDoux; parents, John Mitchell Baldwin and Julie Ann Butter; siblings, Adriana Baldwin, Lauryn Baldwin, Kaden Butter and Kayla Baldwin; grandmother, JoAnn Ringer; nephews, Bryer Jensen, Augustus Jensen and Weston Exline; along with numerous other family members and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday, May 20, and the funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, May 21. The visitation and funeral will be held at Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home in DeQuincy. Rev. Michael Streams will officiate.
Arrangements are being handled by Riley Smith & Sons Funeral Home, 1810 W. Fourth St., DeQuincy.
