PUBLIC HEARING regarding the 2022 millage rates.
Adopt a resolution regarding the 2022 millage rates.
Humberto Deleon to address the council to request a variance to the mobile home ordinance to put a mobile home on his lot on 406 Hereford Street.
Freddie Jones to address the council to request a variance to the mobile home ordinance to replace his mobile home that was destroyed in Hurricane Laura.
PUBLIC HEARING and adoption of an ordinance amending the FYE 9/30/2021 budget.
Authorize Mayor Smith to go out for bids on the following surplus vehicles and sell to the highest bidder and if no bids then authorize city to sell for junk: 2014 White Ford Truck, min. bid $500.00

PUBLIC HEARING and adoption of ordinance no. 874 regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages, packaged to take out only, at a retail business located at 702 W. Fourth Street, which is located within three hundred (300) feet from a public school.
PUBLIC HEARING and adoption of an ordinance amending ordinance no. 874 allowing the sale of alcoholic beverages directly to any person, 21 years or older, while in, on or otherwise occupying any automobile or other motor vehicle, with stipulations as set out in the amendment.
Council to authorize Mayor Smith to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, on behalf of the Calcasieu Public Library System and the City of DeQuincy, to allow the Library, at no cost, access and use of space at the Dequincy Railroad Museum, Monday-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm to provide library services to the public while their facility is being renovated.
Council to authorize Mayor Smith to enter into a three (3) month lease with Duke Industrial Group to lease property at the DeQuincy Industrial Airport.
Discussion and start of condemnation process on structure located at 1109 Banneker Street.
Discussion and start of condemnation process on structure located at 1108 Allen Street.
