Sandifer to run for Beauregard School Board

Scott Sandifer has announcing his candidacy for Beauregard Parish School Board Member District 1.
Sandifer was born and raised in Johnson Bayou where he graduated in 1989. After high school, he attended McNeese State University where he earned his degree in Drafting and Design.

He has been in the business for 28 years and currently works for Hargrove Engineering in Sulphur.

He and his family lived in Carlyss for 13 years before moving to Singer in 2014. He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 25 years and have four children.

His oldest two sons, Cameron and Gavon, graduated from Singer High School and his youngest son, Aidan and daughter, Landri, are still attending to school there.

Upon arriving in Singer, Sandifer has been involved in the community and school. He was the Little Dribblers President and coached several teams throughout the years. He has volunteered his time and resources to make improvements to the school and has met with current and past board members to gain insight and speak on the community’s concerns.
